Student Registration: New Students
Registration for Canterbury Elementary School’s 2012-13 school year is underway.
New students may register at the Greendale School District Central Office located at 5900 South 51st Street, Greendale, Wisconsin, weekdays from 8 a.m. through 4 p.m. except for June 29, July 13 and July 27. The District Office will also be closed the week of July 2, during which time it will be relocated from Highland View Elementary School to Greendale High School.
Please bring your child’s birth certificate (original or certified copy), immunization records, and proof of residency.
Forms and Fees Day will be held on Wednesday, August 8 from 1-4 p.m. and from 5-7 p.m. at Canterbury Elementary School, 7000 Enfield, Greendale, Wisconsin.
Parents/guardians are asked to read through the information included under Forms and Downloads, complete the required forms, and bring them to Canterbury on Forms and Fees Day.
