Canterbury | Library
This year, Greendale students and teachers will be able to come to the library center throughout the day to use information sources, to read for pleasure, and to meet and work with other students and teachers.

Planning between the library media specialist and the classroom teacher, which encourages both scheduled and informal visits, is the catalyst that makes this integrated library program work. The teacher brings content and knowledge about the student to the planning process; the library media specialist brings a broad knowledge of resources, technology, teaching methods, and learning strategies to the process. This cooperative planning integrates information skills and material into the classroom curriculum and results in the development of rich, effective assignments that encourage open inquiry.
Everyday Math Parent Handbook
The students in Kindergarten through 5th grade in the Greendale School District will receive mathematics instruction based on the Everyday Mathematics curriculum. This handbook will provide background information about the curriculum, examples of the type of instruction used in classrooms, and suggestions to help your child at home.
