Boys Basketball
11/29 @ Brookfield East: Freshmen lost 33-39, JV won 57-44 and Varsity lost 40-55.

12/2: Greendale Panthers Varsity Boy's Basketball Team won 63-62 in overtime last Friday to go to 1-0 in the Woodland Conference. After erasing a first quarter nine point deficit, Alex Noggle tied the game in the closing seconds on a great lob from Mason Johnson. In overtime, Jake Sisler hit a last second pull-up jumper to pull out the victory for the Panthers. Jordan Perez led the Panthers with 23 points, including four, three pointers, Alex Noggle scored 13 points with seven rebounds and Mason Johnson scored nine points with 13 rebounds and two blocks. Greendale plays at St. Francis on Tuesday night.

The Boys JV Basketball team defeated Shorewood 60-42 on Friday night to gain their first conference win. They used a balanced scoring attack led by Tyler Peterson with 18, Josh Michaels with 11, Josh Ringelberg with 10 and Nick Dalton with eight. The boys improved their overall record to 2-1.

Freshmen lost 41-52.

Girls Basketball
11/29: vs. Franklin: Freshmen lost 20-43, JV lost 34-52 and Varsity lost 29-57.
12/2: @ Shorewood: Freshmen won, JV won and Varsity won 37-34.

Hockey
12/3: Ice Force hockey team lost a thriller 5-3 in their home opener to Germantown on Saturday night at Wilson Park. Scoring for the home team were Greendale's Philip Miron and Franklin's Kyle Hoffmann and Brian Kennedy. Jared Hoffmann had 34 saves in goal. The next home game is this Saturday, December 10 at 6:00 p.m. at Wilson Park vs. Kettle Moraine. Come on down and "check out" your team.

Bowling
12/3: GHS varsity boys bowling team started off their season by winning their first two matches on Saturday. The first win came after a rough start against arch rival Greenfield. The team began by losing three of the first four games before turning things around with four straight wins to take the first match. Seniors Bryan Bremer and Kyle Senft filled 88% of their frames. The team also beat a very talented Germantown team in their second match. Consistent bowling by first year bowler Max Kellerman and senior Kevin Senft helped win the match. Kevin St. Martin led the team with 88% filled frames in the match.

Cheer
12/3-12/4: Congratulations to the Varsity Cheer Team on a great opening competition season. The team qualified for Nationals on Saturday. On Sunday, the Cheer Team won their division and were announced the Grand Champs at the Holiday Spirit Competition.

Boys Swim
11/30: The boys swim team kept their undefeated dual meet record in tact as they crushed the squad from Tosa West by a score of 113 to 72. Wil Kivlin and Liam Duffy went 1-2 in the diving event and teammate Shaun Lucchesi captured top honors in both the 50 and 100 yard freestyle events. Andrew Staszak also won the 100 backstroke. Zach Hogan and Jeff Jacobs teamed up with Lucchesi to help the team also sweep all 3 relay events. Swimmer of the meet was diver Wil Kivlin.
