Registration for Greendale High School’s 2012-13 school year is underway.
New students may register at Greendale High School, 6801 Southway, Greendale, Wisconsin, weekdays from 8:00 a.m. through 3:00 p.m.
Please complete the following enrollment forms and bring them when you register:
Students are required to attend Registration Day on one of the following days in the GHS Multipurpose Room:

Please complete the following enrollment forms and bring them when you register:
- Registration Form.
- Residency Form. (Please bring a copy of your most recent utility bill as proof of Greendale residency. If you just moved to Greendale and haven’t received a utility bill yet, please bring a copy of rental agreement or proof of purchase.)
- Request for Records Form. (List name and address of school that student is presently attending. Bring transcript and/or most recent report card.)
- Home Language Survey Form. Must be filled out for all students attending GHS.
- Immunization Form. You can have doctor or school fax us a copy at (414) 423-2871.
Students are required to attend Registration Day on one of the following days in the GHS Multipurpose Room:
- Tuesday, August 7 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Thursday, August 9 from 1 to 7 p.m.
- Wednesday, August 15 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

This summer, the Greendale Schools’ wireless network will be upgraded to provide robust access that will allow increased numbers of devices to get connected at school. As a result, this fall we will be inviting students to Get Connected to our network.
