Team Expectations
Here is our 8th Grade Discipline Plan*

Expectations:

• Be in the classroom on time.
• Be respectful of others and school property.
• Be prepared.

Plan:

• Verbal warning.
• Show infraction and/or move seat.
• Infraction is given and parents may be contacted.

*The plan is subject to the discretion of the classroom teacher as appropriate to circumstances.

8th Grade Homework Policy

• Daily work and homework must be turned in on-time in order to receive full-credit
• There will be a one-day extension per day of excused absence.
• Late papers will be accepted for a lower grade up to five days late.
• Each day late, the grade will be lowered one full letter grade; homework will not be accepted after 5 days
• Extra credit will not be given as a replacement for missed course work or be used to artificially inflate grades at the end of the quarter.
