Team Expectations
Here is our 8th Grade Discipline Plan*

Expectations:
  • Be in the classroom on time.
  • Be respectful of others and school property.
  • Be prepared.
Plan:
  • Verbal warning.
  • Show infraction and/or move seat.
  • Infraction is given and parents may be contacted.

*The plan is subject to the discretion of the classroom teacher as appropriate to circumstances.

8th Grade Homework Policy
For daily work/homework, the following plan is in place for this school year:
  • Daily work and homework must be turned in on-time in order to receive full-credit.
  • There will be a one-day extension per day of excused absence
  • Late papers will be accepted for a lower grade up to two days late.
  • If the assignment is one day late, the highest grade you can get is a C. If the assignment is two days late, the highest grade would be a D.
  • Extra credit will not be given as a replacement for missed course work or be used to artificially inflate grades at the end of the quarter.
