Greendale Schools | Buildings & Grounds
The Greendale School District Buildings and Grounds Department is responsible for maintaining the five district-owned buildings and the adjacent grounds. This includes over 500,000 square feet of buildings and over 95 acres of grounds. Maintenance of these facilities includes general repair to structures and operational systems, winter and summer site maintenance, vehicle fleet maintenance, material handling and transport, custodial support, safety oversight and numerous other functions. The Buildings and Grounds Department, through shared service, periodically supports the Public Library, Village Hall, Fire Station, Police Station and DPW in areas of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general cleaning.
