Curriculum Facilitators
Teacher leadership is crucial to our success as a school system because “they build the entire school’s capacity to improve.” (Educational Leadership, “Ten Roles for Teacher Leaders,” Wept. 2007, p. 74) We have been developing leadership skills in our teacher leaders, further enhancing our capacity.

These teacher leaders provide strong leadership within the schools, provide peer coaching for teachers in their schools, participate in curriculum review, organize, plan, and deliver specific professional development/ training activities for teachers, and act as a liaison with administration.
