Advisory Committee Gives Students a Voice
In the next round of Strategic Planning at Greendale Schools, student voice will play a role. On February 14, members of the Superintendent Student Advisory Committee, which is comprised of Greendale High School students and staff, met to review the results of the two-day Community Conversation held in January, discuss the future of education at Greendale Schools and invite students to become part of the Strategic Planning process.

GHS Cheer Team Captures Fourth Place at Nationals
The Greendale High School Cheer Team competed at the National High School Cheerleading Championship in Orlando, Florida over the weekend. FBLA Members Earn Success at Regional Leadership Competition
Greendale High School FBLA (Future Business Leaders of American) students participated in the Regional Leadership Competition on February 4. Over 1,000 business students from 32 area schools competed at the annual event. Students tested their business knowledge, understanding and skill through hour-long objective tests, role playing, performances or production of videos, websites or promotional campaign. Out of the thirty-one GHS students that participated, 27 placed in the top eight of their event, and 17 will be advancing to FBLA State Competition. As a group, Greendale FBLA earned fifth as an Outstanding Chapter.
