2015-16 Wellness Program Requirements
Our hard work on wellness has paid off! Improved employee health has helped to keep health insurance premium increases well below the national trends. This results in improved health and wellness for our employees and their families, while saving you money.
This year’s wellness program will require you to do the following:
1. On-site biometric health screen (finger stick/blood draw).
2. Attend at least one 45-minute, after school Educational Session or an individual health coaching session with Bo
Marsolek, our on-site Nurse Navigator/Case Manager. Bo will be available to confidentially meet with employees to
discuss the results of your biometric screening, develop wellness plan, and provide health coaching. She can work
with you to develop strategies to manage weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, etc., based upon your individual health
