Noelle Joers-Yanisch was elected to the Greendale Board of Education in April of 2019. Noelle was born and raised in Greendale and is a GHS graduate. Giving back to her community is something Noelle finds to be most rewarding in her life. She was a ten-year member of the District Budget Advisory Committee, a member of the 2018 referendum committee, former College Park PTO president, a participant on two District strategic planning committees, a member of the Greendale Park & Rec committee, a former active marching band parent, and is currently president of the Greendale Lions Club.
After graduating from GHS, Noelle earned a Bachelor’s degree from UW - Milwaukee. She also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Alverno College. Noelle lives a life of service and has worked in the healthcare industry, for several years in non-profit organizations, and now by works in the public sector.
She is married to her husband Mark and they have two daughters, Lauren and Katie. Both are Greendale graduates and are now attending universities in Minnesota. In her free time, Noelle enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
